Shipping & Return

Our goal is that you shall be satisfied with the product or the products you purchase from us. We offer you a 14-day right-of-return from your purchase, calculated from the date you receive the goods. If you wish to make such a return or exchange a product please follow our return instructions. Items shall be returned hereunder properly wrapped and packed in their original packaging in unused and saleable condition.

In case you find that an item delivered by us to you is defective you should contact Customer Service as soon as possible with a formal complaint, to get a replacement delivery or, if that is not possible, a refund. The same applies in case you identify that a product has been damaged during transportation or you identify other deviations in the delivery, e.g. that the number of items or the product model delivered is not in line with your order. If you want to make a complaint it has to happen no later than 7 days after delivery. Returns here under shall be sent to Customer Service or to the other address specifically instructed by us.

As soon as we have received the returned items, and have been able to confirm that the requirements above are met, we will process your return. Please enclose a return note with your order number and kindly return the product in its original packaging. When withdrawing your purchase you will have to pay for the cost for returning the product to our warehouse. In case of a return, the risk (for loss or damage during delivery) is on the customer.

Store Policy

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails & SMS about our store, new products and other updates.


Once my product is received by TSS what are the checks being done?
Once your product is received, your product will be checked by our Quality Inspection Team.

We will make sure that your product meets all the requirements for a return as stated in our policies.

How long does the validation or invalidation of the refund take?
The quality evaluation may take about 7 working days from the date of item received. Once quality inspection is completed, we will send you an email or call you to give you the result of the evaluation.

Can I request a replacement rather than a refund?
If you prefer to replace your product, just let our Customer Service know and we will call you as soon as your initial product has been received, and we have looked into availability of the replacement product.

If my returned product is not validated for return, how am I informed?
If your return is invalid, then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange delivery of the item.
